Ingredientes
  

  • 1 lb of ground pork butt.
  • 2 tablespoons of Ancho chile powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of coarse salt.
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly-ground black pepper.
  • 4 garlic cloves minced.
  • ½ bunch of fresh oregano chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander ground.
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin ground.
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar.

Elaboración paso a paso
 

  • In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix the ground pork, chile powder, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, coriander, cumin and vinegar.
  • Refrigerate overnight in an airtight container.
