  • 2 cups of powdered milk.
  • 6 tablespoons of onion powder.
  • 6 tablespoons of Tender Quick.
  • 2 tablespoons of sage.
  • 1 tablespoon of white pepper.
  • 1 tablespoon of nutmeg.
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper.

  • Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Put in sausage casings.
  • Fry until cooked.
