Ingredientes
  

  • 2 lb of ground turkey.
  • ¼ cup of water chestnuts finely chopped.
  • 3 tablespoons of shiitake mushrooms sliced.
  • 3 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar.
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of nonfat dry milk powder.
  • 1 tablespoon of white sesame seed.
  • 2 teaspoons of salt.
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of black sesame seed.
  • ¾ teaspoon of ginger root freshly grated.
  • 1 ½ cloves garlic finely chopped.
  • ½ green onion finely chopped.

Elaboración paso a paso
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients.
  • Portion into twelve 3 oz patties.
  • Place on lightly oiled baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes.
